EARLY WORKS
EARLY WORKS
A number of sculptures produced from cardboard resembling architectural models.
The starting point for these sculptures was to try and create from memory well known examples of modernist architecture. Soon, precisely due to memory lapses and with only a residual image to work with, the attempts at creating scaled replicas made way to more personal interpretations of what these original structures (or parts of) could be like. When fact could not be recollected, a blank spot would appear which was then filled in using whatever seemed right at that particular moment.
